Goals The objectives of this course are: 1) To strengthen the research focus; 2) To sharpen and refine the research question; 3) To clarify various theoretical and methodological approaches and research ethics; 4) To develop practical skills related to archival and library research; 5) To develop the organization of scientific investigation and presentation skills;
Course Content Developing research questions, reviewing sources, determining research methods and theoretical frameworks, and implementing them. Preparation for academic research and thesis writing process.
Learning Outcomes - Understands the importance of professional ethics and legal responsibilities in health management and manages professional practices within this framework.
- To be able to conduct a detailed literature research on the determined subject
- To be able to report the results of a literature search
- Develops strategic decision-making skills through research, data analysis, and the use of technology.
- Acquires the ability to participate in and lead community service projects in healthcare with a sense of social responsibility
- To be able to classify the information collected and the findings obtained in a literature search
- To be able to analyze and interpret the data obtained in a literature review
- Gains the ability to understand individual and group development characteristics and problem-solving methods in health management.
- Knows scientific research methods in healthcare management.
- To be able to suggest solutions to previously identified problems in the literature
