Goals The aim of the course is to teach the principles of administrative law and administrative jurisdiction, to emphasize the importance of administrative jurisdiction in solving administrative disputes and to gain basic knowledge of law in administrative jurisdiction.
Course Content The content of the course is the explanation of the concept of administration, the constitutional and administrative structure of the state, administrative organization, the main sources of administrative law, the responsibilities of the administration and administrative agreements. In this course, after a basic introduction to administrative jurisdiction, information will be given about the judicial processes, their investigations and trial processes about administrative disputes between the state (administration) and the citizen.
