Course Content Businesses related to the basic concepts, science, other branches of the relationship with the business purposes of classification, legal structures, their size, the establishment of enterprises and organizations, site selection, business functions, management functions, production functions, marketing functions, financial functions, human resources management and research-development function, feasibility studies (rule-weaknesses-opportunities-threats analysis), total quality management, joint-stock companies' characteristics, varieties, etc..
Learning Outcomes - Classify the types of business with basic business concepts
- To understand the establishment of organization
- Distinguishing business size
- To distinguish the concepts of manager and leader in order to sustain the life of the business
- Recognizing the production, marketing and sales processes within the management functions of the enterprise; To analyze the planning, organization, execution, coordination and control phases
- To analyze entrepreneurship and the role of entrepreneurship in economic development
- To be able to analyze the solutions to possible problems that will arise in enterprises and to be successful in this problem environment
