Goals To give basic knowledge about hydraulic and pneumatic, to teach components of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Course Content Principles of hydraulic and pneumatic and symbols. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, valves, motors and cylinders (actuator). Pressure, speed and direction controls.Pressure reducer hydraulic mechanism Operation and troubleshooting. Pneumatic circuit with air-operated valves, Ship hydraulic and pneumatic systems; capstan, crane, CPP, steering gear and M/E pneumatic control, Equipments of electrical control units.
Learning Outcomes - General concepts related to hydraulic and pneumatic knows.
