Goals In this course is aimed to gain the semiconductor switching elements, rectifier and chopper circuit applications with the knowledge and skills.
Course Content Thyristors, Thyristor Trigger Circuits, triac and diac, MOSFETs, IGBTs, a phase uncontrolled rectifier circuits, three-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuits, single and three-phase AC choppers, Lowering and raising choppers, Current-fed inverter, voltage-fed inverter.
