Goals The aim of the course is to convey the basic principles and applications of the Customer Relations Management to students.
Course Content The changes of perception of the term customer in modern marketing approach is examined in details. The differences of each customer should be cared and they should be cared differantially. All these details will be explained ro students over cases.
