Course Content | Behavioral science concepts and research methods, learning, motivation personality, groups, attitudes, leadership, conflict, culture and so on are discussed. |
Learning Outcomes |
- Students of human behavior in social and business environment to have knowledge about the basic features. People's learning, motivation and perception of the process as being knowledgeable about how it works. - Culture, cultural diversity, change and resistance to change can lead to conflict, such as information about how to deal with issues having the right communication. - Personal characteristics in terms of similarities and differences between people and how they are determined to know how they have benefited from these studies in practice. |
