Course Content Drawing of architectural projects using one of the 3D visualization programs, preparation of architectural project of a simple building with 3d system, drawing of projects prepared with cad system in 3D. Drawing the floor plan and interior furnishing
Learning Outcomes - 1. Prepare sketches and photographs to express architectural ideas and goals with graphic methods 2. Can do applied studies on computer models 3. Can use 3D Studio Max software
Weekly Topics (Content)
Week Topics Learning Methods
1. Week The expression of architectural terminology in graphic ways.
2. Week General features of 3D Studio Max, for what purposes it can be used. Demonstrating examples of works done with the program.
3. Week Giving information about the interface of the program.
4. Week Examining the Command panel of 3D Studio Max, teaching the hierarchical structure of the program. Creation of basic objects

6. Week Creation and sizing of 3-dimensional primitive objects in Max.
7. Week Displacement of objects. Numerical "Move" and "Rotate" operations
8. Week Drawing 2D objects and making changes on them. Importing files drawn with Autocad

10. Week Extrude 2D objects and create the 3rd dimension.
11. Week 3d mesh structure, sub-items that make up 3D objects.
12. Week Creating a model by sub-models. Creating more complex extrusion models. Using other Modifiers
13. Week 3D Studio Max's rendering features, creating images and using different rendering engines.
14. Week Visualization of a sample building using 3D Studio Max program.
