Goals 1) To comprehend the political, social, economic and cultural changes and developments, difficulties encountered, the basic philosophy and principles of the Turkish Revolution under the leadership of Atatürk - in order to create a modern state and a modern society. 2) Kemalist Thought System in the light of the Republic of Turkey has embraced the indivisible unity of the country and nation, secular, assimilated the democratic and social state of law principles, the guidance of reason and science itself to the principle, to ensure the willingness of young people growing up in modernization
Course Content ATATÜRK Principles, Revolutions, Turkish Foreign Policy before and after the Second World War, Cyprus issue, Korean War, Armenian problem, Great Middle East Project, Development in the light of Kemalist thought system.
Learning Outcomes - After the Treaty of Lausanne modern Republic of Turkey for the Establishment of the State which carried out political, legal, social, educational - cultural and reforms in the economic field,
- Forming the basic structure of the Republic of Turkey Ataturk's Principles
- Will have information about Atatürk's foreign policy principles, important political events in Turkish foreign policy during and after Atatürk's period.
- Gain the ability to establish a reason-result relationship, to think and to reason by getting information about historical events
- To be able to make comments by comparing the events in Turkish Revolution history with current developments
- The development of modern Turkey, Ataturk's principles in accordance to understand the basic philosophy of the Turkish Revolution, entrepreneurs to reach the level of contemporary civilizations
- They have the competence to become conscious citizens in maintaining the indivisible integrity of our country and nation.
