| Goals | To know the definitions of the Municipality and the City, to understand the zoning and the zoning related functions in the Municipality, to know the content of the zoning regulation and the resources to be reached, to know the legal process related to the zoning and to understand the building settlement conditions according to the zoning regulation of the city. |
| Course Content | In this course, the relevant legal regulations are examined with their theoretical and practical dimensions and considering the case-law, especially the issues of creating a site plan according to zoning planning law and zoning license and zoning regulation. |
