Goals | The aim of the course is to examine the start of modern philosophy in the light of philosophers theories. |
Course Content | Bacon, Hobbes, Descartes, Spinoza, Leibniz and Locke. Empiricism and Rationalism, Problem of methodology. The relation between mind-body. The source of knowledge. Social contract. |
