Goals The economic aspect of worker health and occupational safety, social aspect, legal dimension, obligations related to the issue arising from the legislation, the duty and organization of the state in this regard, the employer's obligation, the establishment and opening procedure of the workplace, the technical dimension of the issue and the factors that directly and indirectly affect worker health , the personnel needed in this regard and their provision are discussed.
