Goals Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to raise awareness for students within the scope of the profession by conveying the basic concepts of construction management in the context of tactics and strategies within the multi-stakeholder structure of the building production process.

Learning Outcomes - 1. Understanding the general characteristics of the construction industry.
- 2. Understanding the stakeholders in the building production process, understanding the relationship and coordination problems between them, forming consultants and appropriate teams and suggesting project delivery methods.
- 3. Understanding of project management processes such as organization, risk, quality, contract, project planning, duration and cost in Construction Management.
- 4. Understanding the formation process of Construction Sites, which are production centers in Construction Management.
- 5. Introducing the architect's professional service areas and responsibilities. Understanding of ethical issues that contribute to the formation of professional obligations.
