Goals | In the course, it is aimed to introduce the basic concepts of design ethics, and planning permission process. |
Course Content | Ethical concepts in the field of ethics and design in general terms and copyrights. Planning hierarchy and institutional setup, planing and land arrangements, other basic regulations that we are subject to in building design (such as elevators, earthquakes, parking lots, shelters, fire regulations) will be mentioned. Apart from these, what are the responsibilities of architects when working in public or freelance, expected ethical behaviors, methods and regulations to resolve the conflicts that arise, and chamber of architects' relations will be discussed. |
