Goals The aim of this course is to investigate the sects and religious formations in the history of Islamic Sects with scientific methods and to produce information in this field
Course Content Islamic Sects History concepts, sources, Islamic Islamic Sects emerged in the history of Islamic Thought
Learning Outcomes - Knows the concepts of Islamic Islamic Sects and historical development process.
- Knows the process of emergence of Islamic Islamic Sects
- Knows the sources of Islamic sects
- Knows the development process and views of sects such as Haricism, Murcia, Mu'tazile Shia
- Know the development process and history of Ahl al-Sunnah, Maturidi, Ash'ari and Salafism.
- Knows the concepts of batini such as Druze, Nusayrilik, Yezidilik, Baha'ilik and Kadiyanilik.
- Knows the current religious structures and views
