Goals | To give information about the nature of Islamic legal procedure, the evidence and the principles of judgment. |
Course Content | In this course, the nature, purpose, birth and formation of the fiqh method, the provisions and parts of the taxpayer and the act, the theory of judgment, the methods of decision-making, the purposes of judgments, case-law, the ways of proofs, the order of proof, nesih and place methods, the purposes of the provisions, case-law issues will be discussed. |
