Goals To give information about the nature of Islamic legal procedure, the evidence and the principles of judgment.
Course Content In this course, the nature, purpose, birth and formation of the fiqh method, the provisions and parts of the taxpayer and the act, the theory of judgment, the methods of decision-making, the purposes of judgments, case-law, the ways of proofs, the order of proof, nesih and place methods, the purposes of the provisions, case-law issues will be discussed.
Learning Outcomes - Knows the principles and schools of Islamic law.
- Knows the original and additional evidence of Sharia clusters.
- Knows parts of the provisions.
- Knows the ways of extracting provisions from sources.
- Has knowledge about the purposes of Sharia provisions.
- Have knowledge about ijtihad and taklıd.
