Goals The aim of the course is to teach the importance of evaluating exercise capacity and using exercise as a treatment tool in risk factors that cause different disease manifestations.
Course Content Examining the factors that may cause cardiovascular and respiratory system risks in exercise and developing exercise models to avoid these risks.
Learning Outcomes - Can plan the exercise model in people with Metabolic Syndrome.
- Knows physical activity assessments, risk factors and behavioral patterns in patients.
- Knows some chronic respiratory system diseases and can plan exercise.
