Goals | This course aims to give basic information about the management sciences and management dimensions of students and physical education, sport and teach basic principles and aspects of recreation management and understanding of the basic terms of organizational issues, the teachers in sports management, coach and leader of the task, showing responsibility and leadership skills, Turkey Physical education, sports and recreation structuring and understanding the structure of sports organizations and school sports, examining sports-related areas (recreation and activity, sponsorship, management and ethics with values, employment, education, sports and recreation activities in education) general examination (law, regulation, rule, principle, ethical codes, etc.). |
Course Content | The content of this course deals with various dimensions of sport management, starting from the definition of organisation and management. The content covers basic concepts such as management approaches, values, merit, ethical codes and focuses on organisational structures, management processes, organisational dimensions and leadership concepts in sport management. Practical issues such as the management of sport and recreation facilities and the discussion of managerial behaviour in physical education and sport teaching are also included. |
