Goals | The aim of this course; The aim is to ensure that students prepare a daily plan every week in the practice school and practice and prepare a portfolio in which the application and process will be evaluated in the light of the gains to be obtained by the evaluation of the applications. |
Course Content | In-class observation: Observing physical education and sports teaching/learning in a real education environment Evaluating the importance of methods, techniques, models and materials used in teaching physical education lesson Evaluating teacher-student behaviors and relationships Observing and evaluating the role of the teacher in learning, the importance of student motivation and classroom interaction. Interaction between candidate teacher and classroom teacher and students: observation, discussion and evaluation Implementation: Preparation of the lesson plan, meeting and discussion with the classroom teacher and the faculty member responsible for the internship Preparing and applying small trial lessons Preparing and applying a sample lesson in line with corrections and criticisms Making a visual presentation to inform the students with the lesson given, the knowledge, observations and experiences gained during the term. |
Learning Outcomes |
- Students will be able to prepare a lesson plan, learn how to use the necessary sports equipment, Conduct lessons in line with the prepared plan, Criticize and evaluate the lesson given - At the end of this course, the student evaluates the role of the Teacher, the importance of learner-teacher relationships, learner motivation, and classroom interaction. |
