Goals To give students the ability to apply the basic techniques of gymnastics.
Course Content Course content; It covers the definition of terms specific to gymnastics, the historical development process, the introduction of gymnastics equipment, basic posture, walking, and flexibility exercises.
Learning Outcomes - Defines concepts related to gymnastics branch
- Explains the properties of the instruments specific to the gymnastics branch.
- Practice basic gymnastics stance movements.
- Applies the rhythmic steps specific to the general gymnastics branch.

2. Week History and branches of gymnastics (gymnastics for everyone, trampoline, aktobatik)
3. Week Gymnastics branches (continued...) (aerobics, artistic gymnastics)
4. Week Effects of gymnastics on the body, general warm-up exercises and general motor skills
5. Week Gymnastic warm-up principles and applications of preparation elements; (animal walks)
6. Week Step-by-step exercises of forward somersaults and backwards somersaults
7. Week Open stretched forward and backward somersault, closed tensioned forward and backward somersault techniques and practice exercises
8. Week Midterm Exam
9. Week Handstand movement and stepping techniques and practice studies
10. Week Circle movement and step practice exercises
11. Week Kartvil movement and cascading practice studies
12. Week Dolphin somersault and cascading practice exercises
