Goals Movement development of children (especially pre-school), advanced level and adulthood It is the foundation of all the sports-related skills of your period.
Course Content This course covers the definition of movement competence, the basic skills and teaching of balancing movements, displacement movements, and combined movements that require object control by combining the concepts of body, area, effort, and movement relations to enable them to learn and develop various skills.
Learning Outcomes - Explain the concepts and principles of movement skills.
