Goals It aims to introduce the secondary metabolites in plants, learn the importance and usage areas of secondary metabolites and learn the methods of obtaining secondary metabolites using biotechnological methods.
Course Content
Learning Outcomes - Learns the definition and classification of secondary metabolites.
- Gains knowledge about the usage areas of secondary metabolites.
- Learns what tissue culture is and the preparation of the nutrient medium.
- Learns how to increase secondary metabolite production in plants by using biotechnological methods.
