Goals To determine various aspects of Turkey's vegetation and classified levels of alliance class, ordo, with their features until today.
Course Content 1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of past and present day of Turkey's Vegetation 2. Demonstrate basic knowledge on vegetation types of Turkey which is distributed region 3. Describe on rare and endemic plant taxa in natural vegetation types of Turkey's Forest Area 4. Put in use knowledge/skill acquired during the course in forestry practice effectively.
Learning Outcomes - Reasoning, knowledge: • Current environment (Turkey) to distinguish the natural vegetation found • Interpreting the ecological characteristics of different habitats and vegetation • Seeing the effect of climate and geography on vegetation
- Hissetme, tutum (duyuşsal): • Yaşadığı çevreyi (Türkiye) tanıma, algılama, ayrıt etme • Yaşamsal koşulların bitki örtüsüne etkilerini hissetme
- Perform, skill (psychomotor): • Transferring ecological and sustainable dimensions of different vegetation to designs • Making the right kind choice in applications where it affects ecological and geographical differentiation in Turkey
