Goals The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend the concept of recreation and recreation ecology, recreation impact observation methods, the effects of recreational activities carried out in natural areas on the ecosystem and management decisions.
Course Content Outdoor recreation activities, recreation ecology, the effects of recreational activities in protected areas and natural areas on the ecosystem and the management of these effects
Learning Outcomes - Reasoning, knowledge: To explain the concept of recreation ecology, visitor impact management models in natural areas, recreation impact observation methods
- Sensation, attitude(affective): Explaining the effects of recreation activities on the eco-system and the ecological effects of different recreational activities
- Perform, skill (psychomotor): Acquire knowledge and skills to make recreational impact management decisions for natural areas
