Goals • To introduce students to the basic concepts and institutions of law • To provide them with information about the content of the concepts they encounter both in daily life and at various stages of their education.
Course Content General information about the Turkish judicial system
Learning Outcomes - Reasoning, knowledge: • Differentiation of law from other social order rules • Purpose and functions of law • Sanction in law • Basic branches of law • Positive law rules • Qualifications of the law • Concept of right, right ownership and driver's license
- Sensation, attitude(affective): • Legal transactions, actions and liability in law • Application in terms of place, time and meaning
- Perform, skill (psychomotor): • Having reached general information about the Turkish judicial system and gained the ability to understand and transfer sentences in these areas.
