Goals To ensure the development of awareness on nature and environmental protection in the light of sustainable / ecological protection principles on the basis of ecological balance and natural processes.
Course Content Environment and Nature Conservation
Learning Outcomes - To have knowledge about ecological systems and natural processes
- To have knowledge about approaches to natural conservation
- To have information about environmental problems and their solutions
- To have knowledge about the relationships between nature-environment-ecology and ethics
- Understanding the importance of look out for ecological balance and natural processes for sustainable life
- Displaying ethical attitudes and behaviors towards nature
- Human and nature are not separate; realizing that it is part of a whole
- To be able to offer landscape architecture-based suggestions for the solution of environmental problems
- To be able to offer landscape architecture-based suggestions for the use, planning, management and protection of natural resources
