Goals To have knowledge about the definition and functioning of a sustainable environment in line with basic ecological concepts and principles, environmental problems and their causes, environmental management and policies on national and international platforms; to reach the awareness of being able to act individually and professionally with environmental awareness.
Course Content - To have knowledge about ecological systems and natural processes - To have knowledge about approaches to natural conservation - To have knowledge about environmental problems and solutions
Learning Outcomes - Thinking, knowledge: Understands basic ecological concepts and principles, learns the structure and functioning of a natural environment, learns the change in the environment with the development of cities and technology, learns environmental problems and their causes with their effects on air + water + soil systems, Learns the causes and effects of environmental problems in Turkey and on a global scale, comprehends the holistic nature of regional and global problems,
- Feeling - Attitude (affective): realizes that local solutions can contribute to global solutions, learns international environmental conventions and environmental organizations, Learns environmental policies and environmental organizations in Turkey,
- Doing, skill (psychomotor): and apply the steps they can take for the environment as an individual reaches the potential to act with sustainable environmental awareness in their professional life
