Goals To introduce important herbaceous plant taxa in terms of landscape architecture and to teach their use in landscape architecture.
Course Content It includes the annual and perennial herbaceous plants to be used in landscape practices and their applications in planting designs.
Learning Outcomes - Reasoning, knowledge: • Distinguishing some natural and exotic herbaceous plant taxa important for landscaping • Using basic concepts related to herbaceous plants • Evaluating herbaceous plants in planting designs
- Sensation, attitude(affective): • Distinguishing herbaceous plants with their fragrance, flower and color features
- Perform, skill (psychomotor): • Including herbaceous plants in design studies • Ensuring the application of herbaceous plants in compositions
