Goals The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend the spatial planning stages, how to examine the legal and administrative framework, to make stakeholder analysis and SWOT analysis in accordance with the sectors, to develop alternative scenarios for the sectors determined in line with the given process and to make decisions.
Course Content Conceptual framework and scenario development related to landscape planning
Learning Outcomes - • Explaining the stages of regional planning, spatial strategy plan, landscaping plan and zoning plan in their own words
- Explaining the method stages that make up the landscape analysis
- Explaining the landscape planning processes
- To be able to define, analyze and evaluate an existing landscape
- Explanation of the multi-layered structure of the landscape (concrete elements such as geomorphology, vegetation, land pattern, as well as abstract expressions and symbols related to the space)
- Participatory approach, realization of sectoral SWOT analysis stages, area-specific
- Planning landscape analysis in accordance with the natural and cultural characteristics of the area
- To be able to analyze the historical development of landscapes and the cultural values attributed to them
- Competence to create an open and green space system (green infrastructure)
- To be able to do swot analysis, to prepare sectoral scenarios for the development of the landscape and to do this in teamwork
