Goals The aim of this course is to learn and analyze the new theoretical debates in order to solve the changes in public administration and the reforms implemented in the process of globalization in which the fundamental changes in economic, social and political terms occurred.
Course Content In this course, it is aimed to transfer the basic theories of public administration to the students.
Learning Outcomes - To be able to relate the changes in the theory and practice of public administration from a historical perspective

- To be able to question the basic values of public administration
- To compare capital accumulation processes
