Goals to teach the meaning and subject of civil law, the basic concepts and the relations between these concepts, the subject of the law of persons and the other principles of law
Course Content In this course, the subject and sources of civil law; The initial provisions and implementation of civil law will be examined. Afterwards, the most important sub-branches of civil law will be evaluated together with the basic concepts of law of persons and family law.
Learning Outcomes - Have the knowledge about the place of civil law and within the context of law
- to be able to know the execution of the Civil Law
- Will be able to comprehend the real people, their license, the characteristics that constitute the personality right, the relationship between the person and the other people and places
- To be informed on the rules of law which regulate the relations between individual and state
