Goals To teach the importance of administrative judiciary by showing examples from the principles and rules of administrative procedure
Course Content In this course, information will be given about administrative disputes between the state (administration) and citizens, the judicial process, their investigation and trial process. In this context, topics such as the main systems applied to judicial supervision, administrative judicial institutions, the jurisdiction of the administrative judiciary, the case of annulment, full judicial proceedings, and the administrative judgment method will be covered. The main purpose of the course is to learn the types of lawsuits to be filed in administrative judiciary by recognizing the judicial institutions in our country and to examine these cases from various perspectives.
Learning Outcomes - Explain the basic principles and features of administrative procedure
- Be able to explain the organization and the jurisdiction of the administrative court in Turkey.
- to get detailed information about the types of administrative cases and use this knowledge in their professional life.
