Goals Commercial Law, Application Area, History, Definition and Elements of Commercial Enterprise, Commercial and Commercial Provisions, Concept of Merchant and Acquisition and Loss of Merchant, Commercial Title and Business Name, Unfair Competition, General Characteristics of Trade Companies, Trade Marks Establishing the theoretical foundation for the establishment activities of the Provisions and Implementation Sequence, Collective, Commander, Anonymous, Cooperative Commander and Limited Companies, Legal Bodies and the Authorities, Duties and Responsibilities of these Organs and providing the development of analytical thinking about the subjects.
Course Content Commercial Law course focuses on a branch of law that deals with the legal rules and principles governing commercial transactions. This course is usually included in law, business and economics departments and teaches students the legal framework of commercial activities.
