Goals Course Objective Teaching classical furniture productions techniques and methods in practice.
Course Content The students who complete this course successfully: • They know tools, machines which use in classical furniture production and their using methods. • They have skill to production curved furniture • They have knowledge about Lathe machine and items • They produce new furniture, which look like old. • They can produce furniture in various styles with modern machines. • Preparing of machine and curved furniture pattern. • In the past used Turkish motifs are moved on wood materials with carving, inlaid and kündekari technique.
Learning Outcomes - They know tools, machines which use in classical furniture production and their using methods.
