Goals To explain the main subjects that students need to learn in order to have the knowledge and competencies to start their own business with case studies. It is aimed to provide students with a multi-faceted evaluation of entrepreneurship-related issues.
Course Content ICase Studies in Entrepreneurship course aims to develop students' strategic thinking and problem solving skills by examining real-world examples of entrepreneurship. Through case studies of successful and unsuccessful ventures in various sectors, the course covers topics such as the formation of business ideas, market dynamics, competitive strategies, growth and scaling processes. Through these analyses, students learn how to assess the opportunities and challenges faced by startups, crisis management and strategic decision-making processes. By reinforcing what they have learned through applied studies and group discussions, they gain the ability to adapt this knowledge to their own entrepreneurship projects.
