Goals | To create awareness about the content, types and applications of the concept of business modeling and to develop awareness about the importance of the concept of business model in entrepreneurship. |
Course Content | Business Model Development in Entrepreneurship course aims to help students transform innovative business ideas into sustainable and profitable business models. The course covers topics such as business model design, business model components, value proposition, revenue models, customer segmentation, distribution channels and cost structures. Students learn to structure and evaluate business ideas using strategic tools such as Business Model Canvas. Through hands-on exercises and case studies, they reinforce their entrepreneurial skills by experiencing how to create, test and refine successful business models to adapt to the market. |
