Goals The aim of this course is to provide students with a general framework about the concept of business plan and to teach them the processes that will help them prepare a business plan.
Course Content Entrepreneurship and Business Planning course aims to teach students entrepreneurship concepts, developing innovative business ideas and creating strategies to realize these ideas. The course covers topics such as entrepreneurship ecosystem, business model development, market analysis, financial planning, risk analysis and sustainability. In addition, students learn to prepare effective presentations for investors and stakeholders by experiencing all stages of the business plan preparation process in practice. This course provides both theoretical knowledge and practical application to equip students with the necessary skills to realize their business ideas.
