Goals The aim of this course is to teach students the concept of social security, the tools of social security, sources and methods of financing, social risks, premium-non-premium system, minimum norms of social security. In addition, it is aimed to provide students with basic knowledge on the right to social security, social security expenditures, social security law, social security principles, social security institutions, organizational structure and classification of social security systems.
Course Content The content of this course consists of the concept of social security, the definition of social security, its constitutional nature, its problems, its historical development, financing, the right to social security, and social risks.
