Goals | The aim of this course is to transfer the concepts and processes of occupational health and safety at national and international level within the framework of health and safety awareness. It also aims to have knowledge about occupational accidents and occupational diseases. |
Course Content | Perform, skill (psychomotor): To identify dangers and risks that may occur in landscape and environmental areas and to make risk analysis after determining them with the concept of occupational health and safety, Reasoning, knowledge: 1.To comprehend the basic information on occupational health and safety, 2. Explaining the economic dimension of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in Turkey and in the world, 3. Labor law and basic concepts 4. To explain occupational health and safety measures in landscape and construction works, 5. Distinguish Physical, Chemical and Biological hazards, 6. Evaluate ergonomic principles, 7. Using personal protective equipment in accordance with occupational hygiene Sensation, attitude (affective): Anticipating dangers in working life in advance. At the same time, to adopt the discipline of taking precautions with personal perception skills, Perform, skill (psychomotor): To make risk analysis after identifying the hazards and risks that may occur in business and environmental areas within the framework of the concept of occupational health and safety, Examines physical, chemical and biological factors in environmental conditions, analyzes the legal consequences of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the enterprise, analyzes occupational health and safety practices in emergency situations. |
