Goals To examine the debt relations of the Law of Obligations in effect by observing the developments in theory and practice in the light of the data of modern law.
Course Content
Learning Outcomes - 1) Obtaining detailed information by understanding the content of debt and developments in the law of obligations. 2) To be able to understand the basic principles related to the Law of Obligations. 3) To understand the difference between the concept of legal transaction and contract and to have knowledge about how to set up contracts. 4) Being in a position to understand how the debt will be affected by considering the developments in modern law and practice and the consequences of not being affected. 5) Indebtedness of the Debt to be aware of the situation. 6) Understanding the Basic Concepts of Obligations Law, Debt Relations, Obligations and Developments in Obligations Law.
