Goals To teach the commercial issues constituted by the Turkish Commercial Code and related legislation and to ensure that they judge the legal events that they encounter in these matters legally and reach the conclusion correctly.

Learning Outcomes - Know and interpret commercial and commercial business concepts within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Law
- Knows the concept of the merchant and the legal effects and consequences of being a merchant, can fulfill the necessary responsibilities
