Goals In this course, which will support the training of technical personnel for the operation of plastic injection machines, which are the abandonment of the sector for price competition and rapid production in the rapidly developing plastic industry; It is aimed to provide basic information technologies such as mold injection, preparation, setting values by providing the values that can obtain the product, closing in accordance with the rules, and plastic injection machines.
Course Content What is a plastic injection machine? Advantages and disadvantages of the injection method; Material filling funnels and drying of plastic material; Spiral; Stove heating systems; Mechanical and hydraulic clamp systems; Injection machine control system and working principle
Learning Outcomes - 1-To be able to connect molds to plastic injection machines,
- 2-To prepare the plastic injection machine,
- 3-To be able to comprehend the settings by providing the values to obtain the desired product in plastic injection machines,
- 4-To understand the methods of obtaining the desired product by operating the plastic injection machine,
- 5-To comprehend plastic injection machines to be closed in accordance with the rules
- 6-To comprehend the product errors occurring in the plastic injection machine in a way to obtain the desired product properties.
