| Goals | To provide students with information about first aid. To teach students how to behave in a situation that requires first aid |
| Course Content | This lesson; basic first aid practices, evaluation of the patient and injured, evaluation of the scene, basic life support (respiratory and cardiac arrest), first aid in respiratory tract obstructions, first aid in heat balance disorders - burns, frostbite and heat stroke, first aid in disorders of consciousness, eye, First aid for foreign objects entering the ear and nose, first aid for poisoning, first aid for fractures, dislocations and sprains, first aid for injuries, first aid for bleeding, first aid for animal bites and insect stings, first aid for other emergencies, handling techniques for the sick and injured. It includes teaching first aid practices. |
