Goals To learn the basic concepts of civil law, which is the basis of private law. At the same time, to examine the relationship between civil law and other branches of law.
Course Content The initial provisions of the Civil Code and the law of persons, real and legal persons, associations and foundations, the person's rights and capacity to act, the beginning and termination of personality, personality rights and ways of protection.
Learning Outcomes - At the end of this course, the student will be able to list and explain the importance of the initial provisions of the Civil Code
- Can explain the basic concepts of civil law.
- Classify real and legal persons and compare their characteristics.
- To be able to comment on and criticise the opinions in the doctrine and sample decisions in practice.
