Goals This course will give students the competencies of filing and archiving.
Course Content Incoming documents, Outgoing documents, Filing, Filing systems, Filing system installation, Filing process, Document change process, Electronic document processing, Electronic document protection measures, Digitization, Electronic document update, storage and destruction, Sector definitions and classification, types, Registration system, Arsivden document or file lending systems, Document retention period and destruction methods
