Goals The historical development of the concept of human resources management is to acquire the ability to analyze, interpret, and develop solutions to problems related to the aim, the basic functions and human resources.
Course Content In this course the framework of human resource management and the HR functions like job analysis, HR planning, HR recruitment and selection, HR training and development will be discussed.
