Goals To teach wound, wound healing process and basic care in wound.
Course Content The basic principles in wound healing and care, patient care with stoma, prevention, diagnosis and care of pressure sores, prevention of venous ulcers, venous ulcer care, diabetic foot wounds and care, psychological approach to patients with impaired skin integrity, wound care products, current approaches in wound care.
Learning Outcomes - Define Classification wounds
- Take appropriate measures to prevent the wounds.
- Recognize the basic principles of wound care.
