Goals | To teach the origins of drugs, a derivation of physical and chemical properties, routes of administration, the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties, mechanism of action, side effects, toxicity and their treatment conditions, the application conditions and forms of usage, dosage, indications and contraindications of the various system information about the treatment of diseases properties of drugs. To gain professional knowledge for the correct application of the drug in the clinic. |
Course Content | Pharmacology study area and its branches, the definition of drug,basic concepts of drug administration, pharmaceutical forms, routes of drug,the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic, drug toxic effects, acute poisoning, antibiotics and other chemotherapeutics,system drugs, antiseptics, antiviral, antiparasitic, AIDS drugs, anticancer drugs, drug and substance abuse. |
