Goals | The aim of this course is to teach students the basic principles of total quality management, the importance of the concept of quality and standardization, and to provide information about the quality approaches they will encounter in businesses. |
Course Content | 1. Define the concept of quality. 2. List the methods required to implement total quality management within the enterprise. 3. Apply appropriate methods and techniques to ensure quality. 4. Perform the necessary process analysis to create a quality philosophy within the enterprise. |
