Goals | To understand the importance of language in individual and national life and the structural features of Turkish language, to teach the historical periods of Turkish; To comprehend the sound and shape structure of Turkish and to develop the student's ability to express what he listens, reads, sees and thinks both in words and in writing in a planned, effective and fluent way. |
Course Content | The birth of language and features of language; language qualities; language types; languages and their types on earth; The place of Turkish language among world languages; The basic features of the Turkish language; Historical features of Turkish written language; grammar. |
Learning Outcomes |
